G Three Builders Corp was founded in 2017 by Jake Soukup and Lauren Wing. Built on a foundation of technical expertise and genuine partnerships, G3 quickly earned the trust of owners, architects, and subcontractors across the Puget Sound region.
Today, under the leadership of Lauren Wing and President Bret Downing, G3 Builders continues the mission Jake helped establish — delivering technically challenging commercial construction with a hands-on, client-first approach across life sciences, healthcare, and tenant improvement projects.

In Memory of Jake Soukup
Jake Soukup founded G Three Builders in 2017. He led with kindness, empathy, and an infectious enthusiasm for the work — always putting people first. Whether it was a client, a subcontractor, or a member of his own team, Jake made everyone feel valued.
We lost Jake in 2022, but his impact is felt in everything we do. The values he instilled — integrity, partnership, and a relentless commitment to doing things right — remain at the core of G3 Builders today.
